Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags and invoices.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

We do not offer refunds. You will be receiving store credits in your Calico Tribe online account, which you can use online or at our offline store. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought:

1. For exchange please drop us an email to hello@calicotribe.com with your original order number along with details of exchange. 
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost)on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired) 
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change. 
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
